Big Duck

My neighborhood used to have the greatest Asian restaurant but its closed now so who cares. The owner however also owns a CP institution Spices. I order from here at least once a week. They have whats known as the "Big Duck." Now, I have had Peking Duck in Beijing twice and it ruled. I had Peking Duck in the same restaurant where Nixon went. So I do consider myself a bit of an expert. The "Big Duck" at Spices is awesome. If you have never tried Peking Duck you are missing out. We are talking light and airy rice pancakes, a sweet/sour plum sauce, fresh green onions, a slice of crispy cucumbers, succulent crab meat, and crunchy sweet skin. It melts in your mouthy and crunches at the same time. It is one culinary experience that you have to try it. It is amazing. Orgasmic! Frackin' awesome.

So go to Spices and get the "Big Duck." I guarantee you that you will not be disappointed.
