Restaurant Review: Acadiana Esquire's New Restaurant Award Winner

Acadiana is a top notch restaurant. The food is authentic New Orleans and well worth any visit to DC.

Biscuits...no one can make good biscuits. Damn the ones at Acadiana are damn near perfect.

I started with the she-crab soup. Being in the Cheseapeke Region crab soup is tomato based, spicy and full of lump crab, Acadiana is a sweet creamy corn filled delight more akin to foam then soap.
