Hot Fuzz

In reflection this movie does grow on you alot...I think Simon Pegg does a great job of transforming himself from an underachieving relationship challenged zombie fighter to hard as nails super cop with a heart of gold. Too many spoofs to go into so i wont. But Brit comedies are great, the reflection of american culture fused with good brit value systems and their understatemnt of hard situations and compulsion for harmony is a wonderful dicotomy. Taking an american supercop and putting him in a superbly charming brit village is classic...this better than an american cop in england movie because you dont get upset with our lack of understanding and get slapped in the face with just zanny old people trying to recapture former glory.

Buddy cop movies rule. What's next, what movies of their youth will get made...when are we going to get a sci-fi space funny movie that isnt spaceballs!

Sci-Fi would be awesome. I could just imagine their reactions when "the creature" rears it's ugly head. Love to hear their version of science mumbo jumbo in Sci-fi films.

Crazy Brits. It's wierd huh. That movie just grows on ya. Hopefully when we revisit the film on dvd it won't lose any of it's charm we built in our heads.

I loved Superman Returns in the theater than tried watching it again at home, but couldn't finish it. It wasn't what I remembered it to be.
