I was just looking thorugh people's flickr accoutn and man you guys take soem seriously good photos. Again I suggest the phtoo pyramid scheme where you all keep bringing in photographers into your company. keep editiorial ocntent control and give everyone incentives to recruit new lenses courses what have ...i know random. But seriously you all take incredibly photos.
