The Sun had a section about Maryland foods. Crabs, Natty Boh, Pit Beef and my favorite Berger Cookies. So much fudgy icing so much delicious goodness...No my cousins cookies are near perfect in balance of taste texture sweetness. This cookie is a show stopper knock you on your ass cookie. I have never eaten a whole box or attempted it. I can get three tops down before a diabetic shock kicks in. I know there is a secret under ground of Berger Cookie cultists. And shockingly people try to imitate it...dont bother with imitators. Just go to the store, go online and buy in bulk. Bring them to every part of the globe and start sharing. Spread the good word of the Berger Cookie.
