I want to shop at mas y mas with all the Bimbo bread products and fruit that you have to tag on your own. i need a three gallon jug of toro y castillo wine and Fanta. The butcher lady was nice to us but when we went my brothers wife was heckled. This is currently what I am missing about Spain. Going to the dumb market and realizing the mas y mas further down near xavi had more prepared food and catered to the euros in town.

OMG everytime I bought fruit in Spain they called someone over from produce to tag it....I didn't know I was meant to do it!!! No wonder they didn't smile at me when I said Adious!!!
What does heckled mean?
I loved that you can buy your wine in the same shop you buy your milk and bread - that is unseen in Australia.
I don't recall a masymas but i will make sure I look out for one when I am there.
I love that the Spanish like chocolate...for breakfast!! I saw special K with choc chips!! this astounded me
