Holy Crap Funnel Cake!

I have always dreamt of a casual fine dining restaurant that served circus/fair food. I would have called it Cirque de Fried Goodness, CFG for short. Yes there was going to be funnel cake and fried dough. Turkey legs, cheese sticks, cheese steaks, steak on a stick,those curly fries twirled out of one potato, and as many sugary sweet drinks that you can shake a stick at and of course, as a nod to local sourcing, I would have tried my best to source it within a 150 mile radius, freshness and costs counts when frying up twinkies. But seriously, i loved going to the fair because of funnel cakes.

Anyway, I digress. So I was going to see the Anna Faris Bunny movie, she's hilarious by the way, and I was getting my small popcorn and drink when I noticed Funnel cake. Funnel Cake, curly fries and some other random menu item. Of course I tried the funnel cake and it was everything I could hope for. Fried goodness with powdered sugar. So good. if you are in need of a fix and you missed the Montgomery or the State fair head over to your local AMC for your fix.
