Ingredients: natural mineral water, sugar and lemon.
When we were in Spain last August we had a ton of San Bendetto tea both the peach and lemon flavor. I thought the peach was better but I am wrong the lemon rocks. At the time I didnt realize that it was the best iced tea in the world. Since I have been home, I have all sorts of southern sweet tea, these are all refreshing but too sweet. I have tried all the bottled tea, way too many variations of Honest tea and they are good but it doesn't hit the spot. I have bought tea from local farmers in VA and nothing.
San Bendetto tea is crisper, it's well balanced between the sweet and sour of the lemon. You can drink this tea ice cold or room temperature and it is always good. I have had this tea with burgers, chinese food, breakfast and sushi and its the best compliment. Its not even that this tea brings me back to the veranda in Spain. It's just damn good.
Where you can buy it...well so far I have only seen it at Dean and DeLuca's.
This is the best tea in the world.
