Washington DC: Spike- Are you entertaining any new restaurant ventures in the near future?

Spike Mendelsohn: i'm hoping to open more good stuff eatery's around the dc, va and md area. but yes, i have an awesome greek restaurant idea that my family has worked on for years, my chef at good stuff is mike colletti and his italian food is amazing so we're thinking of that and of course the dream is to open up a vietnamese place. that's my passion too and i'd love to do that here in dc.
