I ate what?

I ate what? Shoat? What the hell is that?? Dinner with friends last night, we split braised shoat and it was good. Really fucking good. I knw the suspense is getting to you all so i will now tell you what shoat is....it is a year old pig. We had shoat leg and it was awesome. I see why people love pig. Its tender and savory and can be cooked everyway in the world. It came with braised vegetables a sublime carrot, beets. What the fuck is the dela with beets. they are everywhere. I see beets I think Borscht and I hate borscht. Anyway. i also had a pear lobster soup. All i can say to that is heaven. Where does one get all these delightful foods? Palena.
