I've been reading comics lately, the Civil War story had me hooked and BtVS season 8 came back. I've also been reading Whedon's X-Men. This saturday was comic book day...free comics I love it. I go to two stores on in G'town the other one next to Best Buy. They were packed...alot of people picking up BtVS....I was reading all the Capt. America articles..Punisher as new Capt America, once thought dead Bucky no soviet super agent, the falcon or that Patriot guy...I hope it isnt the punisher and the only one cut out to do it would be Peter Parker or Matt Murdoch...no one can fight better then Cap and no one hs the strategy and tactician skills to be Cap....maybe it will be a woman like Ms. Marvel....stupid Stark is supposed to offer it to someone soon...I hate iron man...Capt America fought the registration and lost..he was standing up for everyone's rights...It is scary when we so easily give up our liberties..once you give them up they never come back...BtVS has been interesting. I do think the story line has been faithful, the language has been snappy but Joss is taken his time to develop the story and Warren...I just thought it would be a better enemy like the governemnt and Riley having to choose again or shit introduce us to some new characters I hope Andrew and Warren battle. I wonder if Spike and Angel will be back...or Buffy battles Illariya...
My mom told me last week that when we were younger she was happy that we read comics because at least we were reading...I love Comics.
Earlier in the day I saw spidey 3...brooding hero....love story..a touch of darkness..too many new characters...not summery enough. Not a big crowd at 1000am...
