Late Votes

I just back from work...we had late votes. It isn't fun sitting there waiting for votes. You do mail, and swer the whakcko's who call at night and wait. You might get food, you might sickered into dinner with the boss...I often wonder who else is around. There is only so much work one can do before they go nuts and want to just watch TV...The good thing is that there is a mass exodus. Its funny watching peole leave or seeing members asking about late night food...you could make a killing if you could wait for last votes to serve up food and drinks. I have been trying to calculate how many staffers are around for last vote...i would say about a hundred or so...during late votes the vending machines getg pummelled. Usually, you are left with buffalo wings and trail mix in the machines...there was so much debate it was scary...soon i think my boss will have ot do the junior member talk all night bill management...that's going to be fun...the hallways echo oddly when people leave, it sounds like rats scurring about, we all look at each other with that thank god, oh damn we have to be back in six hours look...so here is to all the last vote staffers or suckers as i call them..bring some snacks, plan out your tv viewing and tower defense doesnt last that long.
