I want a Iron Chef Kitchen Battle Stadium restaurant with dueling chefs and nightly secret ingredients. It would be akin to Medieval Times but smaller. The diners would surround the chefs. And they would have to wait an hour for their food but the chefs would cook their hearts out and come up with three dishes and dessert. And to give it that regional flair, you could source local ingredients and they can sponsor the kitchen. I owuld love to see crab competitions or fresh eel or terrapin cooking in the Land, Maryland that is.
Then we could have a world cup of cooking with each stadium champions cooking to see who would reign supreme! There are more then enough foodies out there to make this work. Who is with me!!!!!
