Senior Policy Advisor

My job involves going to Verizon to get wall chargers and a new calculator and cell phone battery for my boss. Then finding out that his phone is a unique phone and none of the standard batteries and chargers work. Ultimately making me go back to Verizon to bitch slap people. That's my job.
