In my job I get to make decisions on what direction healthcare should move, what our energy future will look like, and funding on a number of government programs. But, the hardest choice of my day is what to eat for dinner.
Im single so i don't have to plan. i work late which means when i get home and i want free time i end up ordering in. All this takeout has taken a toll on CapSwell. The inspired crispy beef, the unnatural but awesome sweet and sour chicken, the holy tonkatsu, the goodness of spaghetti carbonara, of course sushi, and pizza...all 007 (the most awesome but deadly). i mix it up with a trip to the money sucker aka whole foods for "healthy" alternatives but i ended up leaving with french butter and bread.
What would make my life easier would be a mobile farmers market, it should come around during dinner. Ring the bell and watch all the yuppies come running. I'll figure out this healthy eating i just hope the deliver it.
