Time to Stop

We give $700 billion to financial institutions, create a second stimulus for roads and clean energy but we ignore healthcare when it is one of the leading cost. So much research is stopped or delayed because all the resources go to the war or homeland security. We spend so much on making sure we are 100% secure when that is an unbelievable goal. Can we screen or scan all cargo coming into the states? Everyone points at technology but technology is an imperfect tool, wielded by an imperfect person. We are want to rebuild roads at break neck speed instead of thinking about what we need and where we need it. We are going to rebuild roads when we need mass transit and We stopped thinking as a society. Too many people conforming to what highers up say and what society dictates. Robots. We are recklessly responding when what we need is a real plan.
