Lechon and Rice

i need Filipino food. I need Lechon (roasted pig) and rice. No more salads, no more yogart and granola, just lechon. I wonder if i can roast a pig out back and just shave off what i need when hungry. I had bacon for the first time in weeks, damn it was good. Anthony Bourdain was in Puerto Rico and he went to get Lechon, i looked so good on TV and he was just grinding on some crispy skin. He said it was one of the greatest things he ever had. One day i want to bring Lechon to the world!
